Remix-album uit 1995. Tortoise was toen een van de invloedrijkste nieuwe bands en nog niet het instituut dat ze nu in 2022 zijn. ‘Rhythms…’ is ruim 25 jaar niet op vinyl leverbaar geweest. De remixers: Steve Albini, Jim O’Rourke, Mike Watt, Brad Wood (Liz Phair) en Rick Brown (75 Dollar Bill). Pitchfork: As with the best of Tortoise, these tracks can be enjoyed on many levels, but when listened to carefully, they reveal seemingly infinite sonic treasures.
