De stijl van Slint werd een stijl op zich. Toen hun debuut ‘Tweez’ in 1989 uitkwam waren al duidelijke contouren zichtbaar die op hun tweede plaat ‘Spiderland’ 100% geperfectioneerd zijn. Slint were that rare band willing to play just one or two notes at a time and sometimes nothing at all. Nu geremasterd door Shellac bassist en ervaren mastering figuur Bob Weston.
